The development of a landmark building will cater to a diverse population's future needs by providing cultural, learning, and social spaces in a welcoming, accessible, and technologically advanced building.

Currently, the West does not have a substantial (500+) community performance venue. This project's total value is $129 million, and it is estimated to create $329 million in short-term economic activity plus over 4,700 direct and indirect jobs.
