LeadWest welcomes a new member: Dacland

Aug 13, 2015

LeadWest is a body for member organisations. Any organisation with operations or interests that are based in Melbourne's west may apply for membership. There is a process set down in the Constitution for approval of memberships by LeadWest's Board of Directors

At its meeting on August 12, LeadWest's Board approved a membership application from Dacland.  Dacland develops residential communities that offer residents a real sense of place. It has a strong presence in Melbourne's west with King’s Leigh in Werribee, Rothwell Villages in Tarneit and Wynbrook in Wyndham Vale. We welcome Dacland into LeadWest's membership.

Dacland is a respected, award-winning developer is known for creating attractive, well-designed communities that meet the diverse needs and aspirations of people of all ages and backgrounds.

Established as a family business in 1999 with integrity and passion as the core values, Dacland began developing much-admired communities with plentiful green open spaces and attractive waterways. Highly successful, these elements now feature strongly in all Dacland developments.

Recognised as an industry leader when it won the UDIA Awards for Excellence in 2013, Dacland’s goal is simple: to create communities where people love to be.

Dacland develops strong and lasting communities through intelligent urban design that genuinely respects the natural environment. Abundant landscaped open space encourages healthy outdoor lifestyles and invites neighbours to come together.  Dacland is committed to ensuring every home is within one minute of open space or community amenity.
