Aged Care

Services for older people are provided by each of the local governments in Melbourne's west:  Brimbank City Council, Hobsons Bay City Council, Maribyrnong City Council,  Melton Shire Council, Moonee Valley City Council and Wyndham City Council.

The Australian Vietnamese Women's Association provides Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) to frail older Vietnamese people. Currently there are 50 packages for Melbourne's west.
