SportsWest

SportsWest is an initiative driven by a coalition of organisations in Melbourne's west:

• Victoria University
• Department of Education and Early Childhood Development
• Western Bulldogs Football Club
• Maribyrnong Secondary College
• Victoria Racing Club
• Western Health 

These organisations share a common interest in sport, sports science, education, training and research, and more broadly, the promotion of health, social and economic wellbeing in Melbourne's west.

SportsWest will provide a mechanism for these organisations to build on their common interests and strengths. They will work together to achieve significant gains for the communities of Melbourne's west.
