Cr Glenn Goodfellow
LeadWest's Board has two types of Director: Participating Council Nominated Directors and Elected Directors. An Alternate Director can be appointed for each Director. When required, Cr Goodfellow served on LeadWest's Board as the Alternate Director for Cr Bob Fairclough OAM.
Elected to Wyndham City Council in 2008 and re-elected in 2012, Cr Goodfellow was Deputy Mayor from 2011 to 2012 inclusive. He was Wyndham City Council's Growth and Infrastructure Portfolio Holder until council elections in October 2016.
Glenn was born in Footscray and grew up in Hoppers Crossing. He was educated at MacKillop College and has a Diploma in Business Management and Marketing as well as Workplace Training and Assessment. In 2012 he graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Glenn Goodfellow previously worked in the financial sector as a Paraplanner and Superannuation Officer for many years before joining his wife's family businesses in Tarneit as Marketing Manager.
Glenn participated in a wide range of community groups and activities. He is a Volunteer Fire Fighter with the CFA and a member of the Werribee Racing Club, Werribee Football Club, and Tarneit North Residents Association. He is Past Chairman of the Wyndham Tourism Association.
