- The Brimbank Community Learning Strategy recognises that lifelong learning begins at birth and includes action plans focused on each life phase – early years; school years; youth; adult years; and seniors.
- Melton Shire Council's Community Learning Plan outlines the strategies and goals to be undertaken by the Shire of Melton Community Learning Board.
- Wyndham City Council has released its Wyndham Community Learning Strategy which emphasises strategic learning opportunities for Wyndham residents from the cradle to the grave.
